• Monthly: By signing up for a Chartist “monthly” rate, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly subscription and your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the subscription. If you cancel within the free trial period you will receive a refund in the amount of the initial payment. If you cancel after the free trial period your subscription will be canceled immediately, regardless of your next monthly billing date, and you will not receive a refund of any amount. A subscriber is entitled to only one free trial period per newsletter i.e., Chartist Stock or Chartist Mutual Fund/ETF newsletter. If a subscriber has received a refund you are not eligible for another one for that respective newsletter. • Term: By signing up for a Chartist “term” rate i.e. 1, 2 or 3 years, you are expressly agreeing that the Chartist is authorized to charge your credit card in the amount that you selected in the sign-up process. We do not automatically renew for “term” subscriptions. If you cancel within the free trial period you will receive a refund in the amount of the initial payment. If you cancel after the free period you will receive a prorated refund.
